Worst hotel ever! Do NOT book!
Don’t ever book this hotel. I paid for a room they wouldn’t even give me access to despite me having a paid booking, confirmation number for 1/14/2020. They were completely rude and unprofessional. Most hotels would’ve realized their mistake and fixed it. Not this one. So unless you want to pay for a hotel room that you do not get to stay in, I highly suggest booking somewhere else.

Inexpensive & conveniently-located option
It was fine. The climate control in the room was a little difficult to manage in that the auto feature on the fan seemed to run 24/7 so I actually had to turn on the a/c—in winter. Check in was more involved than it needed to be but I’m used to that & that’s not unique to this chain or specific hotel. I also hate 11 am check-out b/c I remember when everyone did it @ Noon, but again not unique. Perfectly clean if smallish room for a one-night stay.

DO NOT STAY HERE! The room is small, unclean, May have maintenance issues such as the toilet not flushing due to poorly maintained facilities, or get your water turned off without notice, in my case. Upon addressing my concerns with front desk staff of how unhappy my stay was, that I never want to stay here again, I was met with a shrug and verbal “okay.” They do not care! Unfriendly, unhelpful, not worth your money!

We arrived a little early but they would not even let us into the lobby until 3pm we had to stay in the car, I even attempted to got ten minutes before and they made us wait in the hall until exactly 3pm. The bathroom light light went out as soon as we got there and no one fixed it throughout our stay. We had to leave the door open in order to get light in the shower.
