Arrived at the property and was told that my information had been “transferred” to another hotel. No apology offer of compensation. I have been relocated before and my room at the new hotel has always been paid for.

After traveling for 10 hours from Philadelphia, we arrived to an empty parking lot. We quickly learned the reason for the eerie emptiness. Apparently the hotel was closed due to Covid cleaning and our reservations were transferred to the hotel next door. The room we were given at the Fairfield Inn was far from what I expected when I booked the Best Western. Pink mildew on the side of the tub and a bathtub that did not drain properly left us concerned over whether the room was truly cleaned. On top of that was the stress of learning our original hotel was closed for Covid with no communication whatsoever. This was an unacceptable situation and I warn others to avoid both hotels.

We got there late at night it was comfortable to rest and sleep got up the next morning we got a little sack lunch and off we were. Very comfortable

Due to the Rona scam, n pool or hot tub open. Advertised breakfast and got a to go bag with a bottle of water and a piece of fruit. Paid for a full price regular room. Room was adequate and clean but there was only less than a third of one roll of TP in the bathroom.

Our room was nice, except he refrigerator has a button that you must keep pushing every 2 hours for it to remain cold. The hide a bed had no sheets, blankets or pillows. Due to local laws, the pool was closed. The breakfast was a granola bar, fruit cup and a bottle of water. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

With this virus going around!! Once I got to my room and was going to get into the shower there was hair on the back of the toilet and hair in the shower area so it was not clean!! Plus hair on the floor too!! Then once I check-out I had told the lady and all she did was say I am sorry about that and did nothing else!! That was poor service!!
