The standard of food in the restaurants was excellent. The staff were fantastic, particularly our butler, Gustavo, who went out of his way to get us dinner reservations. Lucinda and Laura are simply fabulous. Also, special mention to Luis in the lobby bar and David and Magda in Le Blanc. Our biggest disappointment was the change since our last visit in 2017. The hotel is clearly now set up for 'members' and, despite us paying $12,000 for our stay, we could not find sunbeds during the first few days and dinner reservations were clearly a challenge for our butler. It feels like the members are treated as a real priority. In order to obtain resort credit, we had to go through the 'sales talk' for two hours. On our previous 3 visits to Le Blanc, we automatically had resort credit. Overall, we did have a lovely holiday, but these changes were disappointing.
