Not worth the price
This was my first COVID trip and hotel stay so I expected things would be different. Still, this pandemic is not new and businesses have adapted so I expected accurate updates. I was surprised that the hotel didn’t offer breakfast, the bar was closed and no housekeeping services during our stay although it was still featured as amenities on Hotel.com and Marriotts website for this hotel. I picked the hotel in part for these amenities and if I knew it wasn’t available I could have stayed with a chain that doesn’t offer these services for less. BE AWARE your Hotel.com reservation preference of bed i.e. King bed is not guaranteed. We were offered a room with two “queen” beds that were NOT queen, they were smaller than a full size. My understanding from the front desk is this is the ‘new’ queen size bed available at Marriott now. We refused the room and did receive a kind size bed. Although the bar couldn’t be opened the pool was available to us? The location isn’t bad but it’s in an area with little to do other than chain restaurants and stores that I can visit when I’m home. The staff was pleasant and the hotel is in good shape but there’s no reason to stay here if you have other choices.

Very clean and updated property. Provided a lot of detail and even said if we wanted to use the fitness center that we would have to ask and it would only be one person, which after they would do a full disinfection. Nice shampoo and conditioner. Clean room.

The property was nice and functional. The room was quite spacious and in good condition. Due to the pandemic, most of the amenities in the facility were not open which was understandable. The personnel we interacted with were very friendly and helpful.

Kindest staff ever!
The staff was AMAZING. They were so kind and helpful, my best friend got very ill and had to miss my daughter's gymnastics meet (this is why we were there), they allowed her to stay in the room until we finished and were super kind about it all. The room was comfortable and this is one of the best experiences I have had at a hotel and we stay in A LOT during competition season.
