I was greeted by a coach roach in the hallway. Once I got into my first room, the bed was unmade, the tub was dirty, and there was hair on the toilet. I immediately turned around, went back downstairs, and asked for another room. I was so tired from a long day of travel. In the second room I stripped down the beds and found a bug in one queen bed so again super tired I just slept in the second bed. I woke up to get dressed and started to grab a washcloth and there was a bug on it. I proceeded to gather my stuff to get the hell out of there and saw that the bed I slept in also had a bug on the top of the covers. I went downstairs and informed the front desk, let them know I was checking out and they acted like it was Tuesday. No reaction other than those are wood ants and I had to go through Hotels.com to get any resolution. FYI they were bed bugs as proven by the pictures below. This hotel is unsanitary. I am a cancer patient, and this place should not be an option on your list. I am not sure how ratings are vetted but this is not a 7.4. I frequently use hotels.com to book my rooms but this made me question your brand. I will never pay for a room in advance again.
