I paid 350 dollars per night , super expensive for what they offer that is nothing, no breakfast, no front desk, restaurants out side of the property, you had to call for reservation...

This stay was amazing. It was off season and the staff was so wonderful abs accommodating. The views are stunning. We will definitely be back again.

Confusing
There are multiple buildings at this property and that is not clearly stated when you book. So I thought we were in the building that has indoor/outdoor pools and is directly on the lake and also thought it would be updated. We were on the older building across the street so we had to drive over to the other building to use the ammenities and that was disappointing. Also unclear on where to check in.

I was very disappointed to see trash overflowing for hours in the coffee self serve area of the Chase House and the lack of outdoor accommodations for those travels who would like to avoid crowed indoor restaurants in a time of a Global Pandemic. We paid almost $500/night for our room and I am left wondering how this was even possible?

While the room was very clean, the fireplace (which was the highlight of the room) stopped working before we got to use it. With COVID being an issue I didn’t bother reaching out bc I didn’t want someone to have to come in our room, the least amount of human contact as possible. Also for the rate we paid for the room we were hoping for a good sleep... that wasn’t the case. Otherwise beautiful hotel/resort , many dining options, shopping options, exploring etc. the room was beautiful and clean, only issues , fireplace and bed comfort
