I and my friends were excited to travel from Miami and celebrate my birthday in Saint Petersburg.
When we arrive on Friday afternoon at the hotel, the structure looked pretty good at first sight.
Since we knew it was not a 4 stars hotel we were expecting at least clean areas and decent bedrooms. Unfortunately, our rooms had some issues to be taken care off.
A head shower linking all day long, an old toilet seat that looked a bit disgusting, the air conditioner had a strong sound all night long that seemed like the motor of an airplane. My friend’s room curtain was ripped.
Breakfast was simple and satisfied our needs and the room was organized and clean.
At the end of the day, with all the minors issues in the bedrooms we decided to keep with our plans to go to the Dali Museum, beach and drive around the city and stood at the hotel just to go to sleep.
The worst part of our staying at the hotel was when we got back on Saturday from the beach, I could not go inside my room, and the system had cancel my reservation then all my belongings was at an office on the back of the front desk.
Amazing, I got back my key and belongings, even thought my dog's plate was missing.
Made my complain with staff since their error was disrespectful, waited for the manager of the hotel next day and could not reach him at all.
The staff was nice and friendly, unfortunately they do not have someone that support them and help them to create an ambiance were customer issues are solved .
