The hotel is fairly new so the rooms and facilities are in great shape. Breakfast is mediocre. Location is fantastic as it is located to a big mall. Shampoo, bady wash and conditioner are in pump-containers so it is eco-friendly. Room aircondition is in great condition. However, water from aircon is dripping on lobby lounge due to condensation.
My main and only complain is with the 24hr DASH fridge where you get your own food or drinks and pay at the reception desk. There is only one receptionist handling check-in at night and to add this task means long wait in line. The hotel is trying to cut down their operational cost but they are also mistakenly cutting down their revenue because guests are shying away. It is also very weird to bring food to a hotel reception for payment.
Other than that, the hotel is good.
