Overbooked us and we did not get what we paid for.
We pre-booked and paid for 2 double beds and when we arrive they said they didn’t have any room at their hotel and moved us to the Courtyard next door. When we got to the Courtyard and checked into our room, it had 1 king size with a pull out love seat sofa. Our daughter is 16 and it’s not a comfortable for at all. When we brought it to their attention, they said they were booked and couldn’t accommodate us even though we already paid. Very disappointing experience.

Good value for Austin, esp. near Hyde Park Nothing special about the hotel. Two Queen room was large compared to Courtyard next door.
