Backed up toilets
The place was nothing like it showed on Hotels.com. The first room they gave us was awful. It smelled the floors were buckled and it was dirty. The toilet backed up 2 times The first time I was told they could bring me a plunger I don’t think I should have to plunge a toilet at a hotel I’m a guest at. I will never stay here or probably never a red roof inn.

Ac didnt cool. Had to buy fans to use. Called front, sent owner who said can switch rooms but will have the same problem not cooling or we could check out. At midnight when we arent from the area and paid $158 for a got room. And an owner that didnt care
