This place was nasty I took pictures to show the tub had rust to the point you didn’t want to take a shower the bathroom was totally clean. That’s the second room. The first room had trash behind the night stand. It was very dusty and the smell was mold. The second room wasn’t any better so we checked out next day😔. I wasn’t impressed or pleased because I’ve stay in the same comfort suites but it was clean and properly addressed by the staffed. But this one was very nasty and our family when we go out, even though we are not home we still like the feel of it away. MK

Could of been better
Website stated pool and full breakfast were available, got here no use pool but hotels next to us were all working. Continental breakfast was not what we asked for. Heat in all the hallways plus elevator. Then elevator quit working. And my handicap husband and had walk up and down the stairs the nite we came. lt was working by morning.

I had to go up and down stairs the elevator kept breaking and also did not have enough supplies had half a roll of toilet paper and almost empty box of tissues room was nice size though and front desk was very helpful was disappointing that I couldn’t use the pool

Only if you have to
The rooms are rough looking doesn't feel/or look clean. My first room was dirty... toilet was disgusting. Second was almost as bad. There really nasty stains in all showers. Would not stay here again. Area isn't bad but it isn't good. Despite all that every single front desk agent was amazing especially Tameeka and I can't remember the nice guy with the nice head. And i still have not received my incidentals deposit back.

Nice, clean hotel in a great location
This hotel was great - nice & clean. I really enjoyed the location, as beach access is just across the street. It's a less busy section of beach because of the sand dunes and pier, so there are not as many hotels sharing this stretch of beach. I would definitely stay here again if I come back to Gulf Shores!

We love this place .. This is the ONLY hotel we stay at when we go to Mobile. Been staying there for 5 years now . Always clean, smells great . Friendly staff. Was disappointed because they didn’t have breakfast. But , its cause of COVID-19.
