五星老牌酒店的服务当然是非常棒的 位置也非常方便 就在萨拉曼卡区购物中心 唯一遗憾的是 早餐实在太简单 而且连一个面包机都没有 除了要咖啡牛奶 没有任何可以热食的

This was a return visit, again staying at the Red Level. The rooms are super comfortable and service at Red Level impeccable. The variety of food available in the Red Level lounge has greatly improved , delicious little filled rolls, quiche and cake amongst many other offerings. My only criticism would be the breakfast buffet served on the ground floor. The service was very poor and breakfast offerings not very appetising. We waited ages for plates to be cleared and to get served coffees by a very dis-interested waitress. Apart from this minor complaint, all else was wonderful. We would definitely return!

II had a very nice Stay in this hotel. This is the 3 or 4 th time that we stay in this hotel and it keeps its high standard of comfort and service. I wish they would give a good cleaning to the carpeting of the stairs in the entrance . It would look so much nicer. The hotel feels personal and the staff at the reception is attentive and professional. It is very well located. I shall come back.

This hotel is true old Spanish style with the elegance of drapes, crown moldings and luxurious bathroom. The staff were polite and responded quickly and nicely to all requests. The bartender at the Dry Martini bar was superb. He knew exactly what to make and gave each guest a wonderful creation.

Perfect, as always. Excellent facilities, friendly and helpful team and perfect location.
