Rooms are very disappointing. Couches with pealing leather. Way way over priced

It was ok. I needed more restaurant options

Very expensive for what you get. Rooms are ok. Restaurants are good. Service is excellent. Best thing about the hotel is the view.

Overall very bad experience. Was expecting much, MUCH more from a prestigious hotel like the Ritz Carlton. Room had a bad "moldy/mildewy" smell to it, old carpet that felt dirty all over, and was in much need of a remodel. Would not go to again, very disappointing.

Very Old and worn down interior as well as style need a huge make over

hotel it’s self was nice. service was mediocre, not special or out of the ordinary like you would normally expect to get at a resort/like this, but it wasn’t like they were rude or anything, just not over the top like you typically get. example: before our reservation they sent out an email asking if we were celebrating anything special. we told them it was our anniversary. we get to the hotel, no mention of it or anything, which is fine, but don’t ask if you don’t care. one afternoon we went to the pool, but the spot to get towels was closed. we see an employee and ask for towels, he said he would send someone over. we get in the hot tub. 15 minutes later still no towels, so i go look for some one and they said they’ll get someone to bring them... nothing. same thing again, so we ended up just going back through the hotel soaking wet to our room. for the amount of money we spent on our room here, we would have just been better off to go the montage.

Very poor quality of service, despite the reputation the service level was the same as what you would receive at a Courtyard Marriott hotel. The shower was leaking. The room was remodeled but very poor quality. Non of the lights were plugged in. The valet was over crowded. The food at the restaurant was late. Even though they knew there will be a heatwave they had made no adjustments or accommodations to make the place and experience better for guests. Absolute waste of money. One can get much better quality at anywhere else but the Ritz. Shame because the beach is beautiful and so is the location

Room was very depressing! Felt like we were on a cruise ship ... also , that there was no formal dining experience that was very disappointing, serving your own food paying the same price , but in a box .

The property was really nice and very clean but I expected more for the price. 1st I indicated there’s 3 of us in the party but I was given a room with 1 bed. That’s not big enough to accommodate myself, my 16 year old daughter and my 6 year old son. We were offered to upgrade for an additional $400 per night and it was discounted to $250 per night in addition to the $599 I was already charged. We were there to celebrate my birthday. I was told something was to be delivered to our room to help us celebrate, nothing was delivered. We asked for additional water and for the pullout bed to be prepared. No additional water was delivered and pullout bed was not prepared. They did not replenish the cups for the coffee maker. We were unable to use the main pool because they had a long waiting list. The food at the 180 blu was terrible and disappointing for the cost we paid. Check out was fast but no receipt was emailed to me. Valet at the cost of $55 per night was also terrible. This hotel although was beautiful with beautiful views did not meet my customer service expectations for the price.

property is dated and not worth the money. staff is grumpy and outright rude, housekeeping in particular as well as room service order takers. F&B is substandard and grossly over priced. 3 orders of French fried total to over $50.00 at the pool. That is just not right! Room service food is very poorly prepared, amateurish. Except the Ocean views and the beach , the property is not worth the money one will spend, Covid or not ...
