This place is not clean
The bedding was not clean it was long pieces of blonde hairs in both beds, stains on the floors and candy stuck to the back of the wall behind the bed the refrigerator didn’t work, but they did give me a new one

Entry to lot was rough .. lots of potholes. Hotel had a funky smell. Bed was hard. Shower had little pressure & the shower head had more water coming out of the side of it than the head. Was not worth the $150 for 1 night.

Friendly staff, unfriendly spirits
The hotel was extremely noisy & loud as soon as we entered the hotel. There were unmasked children running around the lobby soaking wet from the pool. We had to change rooms because the room across from us was far too loud. Then we changed rooms to the first floor & the room was stained all over the place. There was blood like stains on the bathroom curtain. We experienced paranormal activity starting around 2:30 am. Knocking on the walls (we were the only ones staying on the first floor), my bag was thrown, flickering lights. Needless to say, we checked out before finishing our stay.

Chilly room
The staff was friendly and the hotel was generally clean. The only thing was the room we stayed in had a constant cold draft coming from the old heating and cooling unit in the window, next to the bed. We had to use a whole set of towels to plug the draft. It help a little but the room was never comfortable. The front desk was informed but nothing was done about it.

Love the Hyatt just not this one
Atmosphere is nothing special. Smelt smoking of the green persuasion at night. The vibe of the hotel brought out the worst in my wife. Couldn’t pay me to come back no relaxation for me after so much stress now I have to take a vacation from this get away. 😩

Upgrades in the rooms are needed and the light in the bathroom was super dark. Other than that it was a good room and the service was great.
