Excellent - again

This was our second stay at Barns and it not disappoint. The rooms are spotlessly clean, nice touch with the mini fridge with fresh milk and water. The street is very quiet, as are the rooms. Only 3 rooms but we didn’t hear or see anyone so we had the beautiful back terrace to ourselves, a little sun spot! Lovely large kitchen/dining area for your use but we ate out both nights. Would highly recommend.

Very Clean and Comfortable

The accommodation was excellent, very clean and comfortable. The only thing we were woken up early with a lot of noise of other rooms being cleaned and after being at a family wedding the night before we were hoping for a little more rest the following morning. But apart from that it was a good stay.

It was a lovely, clean well appointed apartment with great care to detail! Close to shops and restaurants yet in a quiet neighborhood setting. Highly recommend a stay here! Also near Culzean castle which is wonderful!

We had a very nice stay at Barns B&B , the property was immaculate , the room was large very clean with lovely en-suite fulfilling all our needs. The breakfast was delicious and the owner was very helpful and sociable , giving us lots of information about Ayre , where to go and what to see .Highly recommended stay.

Very friendly owners. Charming building with clean and inviting rooms. Communal area very well thought out. Great wifi. I recommend the delicious cooked breakfast. Easy access to town center and convenient to drive to from Glasgow. I can recommend any Japanese tourists to come and stay.
