The property itself was great. Most things were closed due to COVID-19, which was very understandable, and the places that were open were fantastic. The only complaint that my wife and I had during our stay was that our room was not cleaned/restocked once. We had to continue to call the front desk for more coffee and cups. Asked once for more beach and shower towels, but only ever got beach towels. Ended up using those to shower and just got more down by the pool every time we went down. Not sure if there was a policy that I needed to do to get the room cleaned or not, but there was nothing communicated on check-in.

The location was convenient. And the pool was unique. But very dissatisfied in the room and Unbeknownst to us there were no maid services to clean are room change sheets etc. the tub did not drain properly so every time we showered we were standing in 6 inches of water. The air conditioner leaked the whole time we were there dripping on the floor so we had to put towels down so it wouldn’t ruin the floor.We stayed in an ocean view room thinking that it would be a nicer room but still very dated and needed a lot of attention paint was peeling off the walls etc. water mold spots in the ceiling pretty gross. For the amount of money we spent I definitely won’t be going back.

beautiful, green, and clean! The only criticism I'd give is that the breakfast Buffet was $32 dollars during that week and $40 on Sunday- which was ridiculous to me.

Thought the property was relaxing and had some nice restaurants on site. Our view from the room was extremely nice and the proximity to the airport is a plus. Overall we were pleased with a comfortable and relaxing stay. Liked the coffee station to do some easy work early in the morning.
