I really enjoyed my stay in this hotel. From my welcome to my leaving the staff were impeccable. Nothing was too much trouble to provide outstanding customer service. My room was very quiet and beautifully decorated. If I had one criticism it would be that I would have preferred a shower cubicle rather than a shower over the bath. As one gets older it gets a little difficult to step over the side of the bath. Having said that you could argue that had iI had brought this to the attention of the staff they might have been able to accommodate my needs. Breakfast was superb and again staff outstanding

I have had the pleasure of staying at The Montague several times over the past few years (travel from California). In addition to being close to 3 tube stations and in a beautiful part of central London, the team there (door, desk, restaurant, bar, managers) are fantastic. They are smart, courteous and accommodating. Nice people who make you feel at home. And the rooms are fairly quiet and always comfortable. Fantastic.

Enjoyable stay. Staff very welcoming, enjoyed a meal in the Blue Door Restaurant and had an upgrade to a fantastic suite! Would highly recommend this hotel!
