Super nice hotel. Fancy feel but family friendly!

The fridge made a loud breathing noise and the towels were missing patches.

Everything was great. And the people were great.

Super nice rooms, nice big pool, good service

1 night stay in room 234 with 1 king bed no sofa bed but a couple of chairs. Clean, wide space with a view of the pool area. Nice 55" smart flat screen with about 30+ channels. Can log into netflix other streams. Small fridge and microwave with a safe. Waterpark had a working big slide, hottub and bar area. Fitness room was well appointed with a both cardio and weight stations, towel service and water station. One note about the layout. Rooms are between 2nd and 5th floor only so there are only 2 elevators available in the middle of the floors, stairs are on the far ends. So if you dont want to bother with waiting for crowded elevators, request a room on the ends.

Nice service. Good from the restaurant was terrible. Room was ok but expect a premier hotel to be better. The fridge kept making loud noise. Over all decent but experience was underwhelming

The room we stayed in was amazing! It was big and clean and it didn’t smell… I so appreciate that.

Our room was fine, check in was quick and easy ( aside from he didn’t explain the breakfast process that I paid for and so I asked the front desk who told me to go to the restaurant and then they told me I needed a voucher from customer service.) but it worked out eventually. The only problem I did have was the bartender, very rude and not just to us but to other customers. He wouldn’t speak when we’d ask a question, he’d stare. My drink tasted like awful flavored ice cubes, I asked him, he didn’t respond and the next drink I got he kept walking to the back, unsure what was back there when the cranberry juice and Malibu were out front. Just bad bad services

The staff was friendly, the room was AMAZING. Clean and comfortable.
