Cozy New England Inn
This was my first stay at the Williams Inn and I found it the coziest hotel I've stayed at! The furnishings are lovely and the lobby area very inviting (especially in the winter when the fire is always going). There's also - unfortunately, I didn't discover this until the end of my stay - a little nook area off to the side with books, games, and complimentary fruit water. The rooms were lovely and clean. The bathroom and shower were mostly clean except for some black spots near the bottom of one part of the shower wall and floor. The air unit for the most part actually kept the room temperature well controlled (which seems to be rare these days). In all, our little group enjoyed our stay and would definitely like another visit.

Comfort and Charm
I recently had the pleasure of staying at The Williams Inn. The rooms were immaculate, tastefully decorated, and incredibly comfortable. The staff went above and beyond to ensure my stay was memorable. One of the highlights was the on-site restaurant. The inn also has a cozy yet elegant ambiance. I can’t recommend it highly enough and look forward to returning on my next visit to Williamstown.

I intentionally booked a VIP room. Front desk said they nothing about it. As to the wine, they offered direction to local wine shop. The hotel offers no complimentary toiletries which is odd- so added charges

This is the only hotel near Williams College but given that they have no competition it could have been much worse. They messed up our room type reservation (they gave us 2 queen beds instead of a king bed) and didn’t compensate us for that even though they said they would and we had to ask for our complimentary bottle of wine, but despite this, it’s still a nice hotel. Rooms are clean and restaurant is good. Very close to Williams College. I would stay again vs. staying further down the road at other hotels or at vacation rentals (which we’ve done).
