Clean, comfortable large suite worked well four family. Breakfast choices were very limited due to COVID regulations

This hotel was very nice and comfortable. We really enjoyed the little sitting area on our room. The only downside was that because of the COVID restrictions there was a very limited selection for breakfast, and unknown to us it ended at 9:00, and so we missed it.

Its my go to hotel when im in the area

I really like the size of the rooms there huge compared to other hotels, the beds were good, however the bathroom situation was a bit crowded. Other than that i will definitely being using Hyatt hotels from now on

Hotel was very close to everything. Very helpful staff and room was very clean

We stayed for 9 nights and housekeeping only came to our room one time. When we questioned the front desk about when we could have our room cleaned they told us it is every 3 days but they were short staffed. We had a hard time getting clean towels. This is not acceptable. Breakfast was very skimpy with them running out quite a few mornings. We did enjoy the exercise room and pool but have to wander how clean they were.

Rooms are spacious and clean. Staff was very helpful and great about enforcing protective measure re. COVID.

When we turned in the heat in the first room the motor ran hot and it smelled like in was burning. They moved us and that room was better. However we had to close the bathroom door to get heat in the room and then the bathroom room was so cold that it felt like we were outside. the room was a handicapped room (which) we did not request and it was large but very little furniture space to put our things on. We were told we did not qualify for free breakfast because we booked they Hotels.com.

Nice smile face from the team, the hotel is very old condition, no USB charger in the room.
