isappointed Highlander
COVID 19 conditions made comfort and convenience difficult. Nevertheless, reception provided reassurance and the usual friendly welcome whilst noting that some services were curtailed and others restricted. I was informed that meals were operating on a reduced menu but chose to go ahead and order anyway. For the prices charged, the quality of the food and the presentation was appalling. Main courses were £14 each and didn't go anywhere near to meeting hotel standards. Come on Jurys, times are hard but your regular customers will expect you to make an effort !

Lovely hotel, slightly expensive food and drink.
Lovely hotel great facilities, friendly and helpful staff. Hotel location is on a local bus route(if needed) and only just over a mile from the city centre. Only slight negative is the enhanced price of food and drink compared to the city prices.

Disappointing
Book room only during pandemic. Breakfast is only provided to room and is awful. Not informed on check in of pandemic measures. Stayed 2 nights and not provided with fresh towels, clean cups or glasses, or tea/ coffee top up. Had to go ask for them. No complimentary biscuits provided. Unable to use pool on Sat am as fully booked despite being told before booking that Sat was quiet and shouldn’t be a problem. Personally would have chosen cheaper hotel to stay at this time if I’d known in advance how much the facilities were adversely affected at this time.

Jurys Inn - An ideal place to stay.
Excellent service and an ideal place to stay for a visit to the centre of Inverness. No issues with cleanliness and COVID procedures were clear and adhered to.

Fairly Happy Highlander
Reception was warm and welcoming. I had asked for a room overlooking the car park and in mid-corridor. Both of these requests were met. In-house dinner was very good, although for the second time, the breakfast was a hotch-potch of items bearing little resemblance to that which was shown on the published menu. Come on Jurys, try to get it 'like what it says on the tin!' Otherwise, the room was comfortable and very reasonably priced.
