Room wasn’t ready at check in time. When we got a room, it was a smoking room and smelled bad like cigarette and there were cigarette burns on tub. The carpet was very stained and the bathroom wasn’t very clean. The water faucet in tub was backwards and I didn’t realize it and ended up with a lukewarm bath. It was not a good stay at all.

From the front desk to cleaning to the room with water issues..... it will make you think how companies get away with the worst service !!! If I owed that building... tear it down ... get new employees and start fresh!!! ( Which they will not do). So many options now in Lubbock... NEVER AGAIN!!!!

Well I booked for a king and when I got to the room it was a double bed and no batteries were in the remote when I asked for the room I reserved I was given 2 bottle of water

The restroom was dirty and not cleaned well. The microwave was also not maintained.

No rooms were clean and available at a 9:30pm check-in. Had to cancel my reservation and move to another hotel to accommodate my stay for the night.

I did not stay here. I booked it through hotels.com and got a refund from them. This was the worst I have ever seen. I booked 4 days in advance and the front desk told me that a king size bed was not available. This was almost an hour an half after check in. The first room he sent me to stay, the lights did not work. The room stunk like smoke. The toilet was dirty and the tub had hair in it. I asked for another room. Front desk said a king size bed was available. First off, the door looked broken into and walking up the stairs, a broken beer bottle was on the ground. The sheets did not look washed. Hair was all over the sheets and there was blood stains on them. Toilet was disgusting. Just a sketchy atmosphere about it. I told front desk I needed a refund. He said since it was not over an hour he could do that. Since, it was through 3rd partly I would have to contact hotels.com. I got my refund today.

Sheets not changed. Floor not cleaned in months. Everything in room wrecked. A lot of different pubic hair in the bed. Bathroom floors sticky. First room they gave me had an overflowing toilet with human feces all over the floor. Cigarettes have burned every surface in the place. Nothing worked. Absolutely filthy. Worst hotel ever.

This hotel is disgusting. Stains on the carpet, stains on the bed, there was hair on the shower wall (that was not mine) as well as on the towels and one of my pillows. Staff was not wearing a mask when I checked out - didn't even have one on him. Spend the money to go somewhere else
