Great Stay
Our stay was great as always. The staff were very professional, friendly, accommodating and follows the COVID-19 measures. However, the heater system in our room (room 110) kept going out blowing just regular air, we notified the front desk and they send the maintenance to fix it, but the heater went out again on our last day. The front desk offer to change rooms if they couldn't fix the heater, but we decided to stay. Overall was a great stay and we will stay there again on our next visit to Columbus, GA or Phenix City, AL. The restaurant staff was great, every staff were wearing mask and keeping everything clean.

I was expecting breakfast; however, there wasn't any. My room was a little dusty, but they said that that was due to renovations. After the second night, I did get a voucher for breakfast. I didn't know this the first night. I had to purchase my own, which was costly. Overall, I enjoyed everything.

They were doing renovations. The Houlihans Restaurant was closed. We had wanted to eat dinner there. The coffee pot didn’t work. We ordered another it also didn’t work. No Continental breakfast. We were told they had a Star Bucks. I don’t patronize them. No bath tub. The room was very clean and the bed very comfortable. Will not stay at a Marriott again .
