Donna was the perfect hostess. The house is so pretty. We had a lovely room. Though you are in a neighborhood you can walk to the shops and restaurants in a snap.

Donna and Tom were very welcoming on our return visit. Room was very nice and cozy. Had a bit of a problem with the wifi connection but otherwise a wonderful overall experience!

We had a very nice stay here, friendly hosts with great knowledge of Inverness. They even leave some whisky out for a nightly dram for the guests to enjoy. Don’t be swayed by the photos if you’re looking for a tub though, no baths allowed.

Close walking distance to the River Ness. Free on street parking. Quiet location. Very friendly and helpful hosts. Lovely room & home.

Very nice property. The room was comfortable, and very clean. Bathroom was roomy and clean. The property is in a great location for walking into downtown Inverness. Service was very good and friendly.

This was the first time I have ever stayed at a B&B and the owners were so gracious and kind. Their house is beautiful and they were the nicest hosts you could imagine. The location is great. Just a short 5 min walk into town across the stunning river Ness. Definitely recommend!!
