We arrived and noticed some cleanliness issues, which, when I brought them up with someone over chat, were instantly addressed and the customer service was excellent, even without people on site! The room itself was modern with a nice kitchen. There was a tripping hazard on the floor, however, the TV was in a weird position, there was mildew in the shower and musty smell to the place, and the couch cushions were so saggy you couldn't really sit without falling off. There also was no elevator which was not clear in the listing, so be aware of that! Good location. Overall a mixed bag--not sure I would stay here again but the excellent customer service turned our experience around!
