Great for smokers?

I was pleasantly surprised by my stay here. The property was clean and quiet and the staff was always helpful and accommodating. I stayed for over 3 weeks, so having a complete kitchen and on-site laundry was important. Would definitely stay here again.

It served its purpose for what I needed. The only thing I didn’t like was the surprise 275.00 hold they placed on my CC.

I have stayed at this property on multiple occasions. Great location, quality property.

We were told we could not get in the room until 4 pm. We waited on the patio, got the keys at 4, went up to the room and were told by the housekeeper it was not ready and would not be for 24 hours. They were airing the smoke out with a machine. We went back to the front desk and were again told it was ready. They removed the machine and we went in. After about an hour the room did smell of smoke, there was no information, 1 roll off paper towels and I coffee in the room for three people for three days. The ceiling fan was really dirty, we had to have a person come and clean it or we would have been blowing dust. After the first night there were empty water bottles lingering at the bottom of the stairs for 2 of the days we were there. Most things were resolved by the manager but after a long ride, we really didn’t need to be greeted with that.

The place is obviously a little older, but was clean and well-maintained. Excellent location!. Close to great food, breweries and coffee. Our room was facing Zuni street and can be a little loud since it’s a busy street.

Nothing unique worth writing about. The facility however is slowly falling into a state of disrepair. I have been staying there once a year for the past 9 years and have noticed the lack of upkeep especially outdoors.

Great front desk service. Checked out at 5:45 AM (15 min before breakfast service) and the clerk still gave us some breakfast! Awesome place.

Location was great, room was great. Downfall is we had no housekeeping for the 3 days we stayed. Had to go get our own towels from the front desk everyday, garbage was overflowing.
