I like how the Staff helps out the guest with whatever may be the issue. Especially the General Manager. Very hospitable and inviting like a family oriented friend of family. I liked and still enjoy their services.

Toilet was unsafe, almost fell no bolt. Comp should had given us a complimentary night. Did call corporate no adequate response!!!

It’s was very welcoming when u walk in front desk help is fast friendly an safe.when u get to your room it’s clean just may need bigger garbage Can but I love it an will keep coming back thank u hope who reads this give your staff big thanks for good service

The front desk agent it's very pleasant and friendly in health in every way possible. Upon entering the room I decided to check the room out there was a hole punched in the bathroom door the bathroom cabinet with hanging off and there was trash dirty Q-tips among other things under the sofa. I brought this to the front desk agent attention he said he would speak to his GM after speaking with his GM the GM told me the best solution was to refund me my money and me find another hotel at the last minute to check into which was impossible at that time. I did not understand why the GM couldn't just take off the taxes $25 to $30 keep me in the room and make the money as opposed to sending me on my way oh, I decided to stay only because the front desk agent was so nice accommodating
