Terrible reception service, they blocked our key twice not being able to access the room, and no apology from them at all, they re- booked our room and haven’t included breakfast as it was initially included with the same price of course then I was told I had not paid the breakfast by a rude waiter, again no apology. Terrible experience and I will never book this hotel again.

The room has individual air conditioning which is working very good. This times of the year October and November most hotel's in Romania are tuned off. I will use this hotel every time i will go to Romania. Thank you. And the restaurant is very good.
