The hotel had very little hot water. We ordered from the hotel restaurant 3 times and it took approximately 2 hours to receive our food each time. The orders, when received, were never correct. Many orders left out an entire dish from the order, leaving a family member with nothing to eat. Most of the menu was not available. The hotel advertises that is has tours available as part of their service. We asked about tours a few times and never received a response. The TV requires you to log-in to your own private Netflix, Hulu or Amazon accounts. The WiFi in one of our rooms did not work. I would not normally complain about a hotel, especially during times of COVID; however, this was a pricey stay and far from what was advertised, this is the worst experience we have had in any Southeast Asia hotel or homestay and I want to ensure others know so they consider the amount of money they are investing in their trip.
