Stay was great but the pet fee is exorbitant and expensive!! The hotel obviously doesn’t really allow pets.

Hotel is new. My floor was smokers alley & party central. I request to be moved. Me n my 9 year old were not moved to another room of accommodated bc the manager on duty said the hotel was booked bc of a tournament in the area. Will be speaking to management for a refund and or comp. manager on duty supposedly sent security up to address the smoking in a non smoking hotel. But shortly after I smelled some type of smoke that reeked !! The pool was closed for maintenance. Disappointing stay

Kelly at the front desk was absolutely amazing. I honestly have never received such great customer service before, I was literally blown away. My daughter and I stayed at the Residence Inn for a week while visiting family. It was clean, cozy and spacious. I highly recommend this property!

Went to this hotel as stay for travel baseball. Room was nice but towels were filthy and had to call for fresh laundry, as ours had brown stains! Team after a long day of baseball attempted to use pool! I signed waiver for pool and new COVID 19 rules! Although waiver said only 10 people at a time, there was at least 35 adolescent in pool area! Some from outside neighboring hotels! When brought to management attention she said Oh Well! Advertised as full breakfast but next morning told due to COVID providing snack bag of apple and granola bar with water! We were not provided any snack bags. Now my son playing hungry what a disaster

I liked the overall cleanliness of the room and the location! The outside fire pit was also nice. I did not like how they hid the fact that the pool was open but with only 10 people which was not told upon checking in. Buffet style food was not served as advertised

Stayed for 2 nights and the Cleaning people never came through to change sheets/ fresh towels/ etc.. Had to ask for toilet paper because when we got to the room, there was only a little tiny roll left. We stayed during COVID and I just was not impressed with the overall cleanliness of the hotel room when we walked in.

Great place to stay while in Toledo

We were greated by Heaven when we walked in. This girl was super cool and very smart. She helped us make great decessions onthings to see eat and do. The property was super clean and very roomie.

please stock more foam pillows. I am allergic and you were out both nights.

The room was spacious, clean and well appointed. Staff were helpful and plentiful. It was just recently opened and showed little use. The only negative was the difficulty we had crossing traffic to access the hotel.
