Not worth the money
The hotel itself is nice, but the room was disgustingly filthy. I booked a king room with Bay view and got a double bed room with partial view. The front desk person (Zack) told me they were fully sold out and if I wanted to leave I could. He was rude and I didn't leave because it was Valentine's Day weekend and everything was booked, but I reserved this room in advanced and still did not get what I paid for.

Perfect location and great view.
The service was great from the beginning. The property location was perfect. The bed was comfortable but the room was somewhat small. Also the room had coffee available to make but there was no coffee maker in the room.

Great location , cleanliness was great , staff good the only problem that we had encountered was that our room was separated by one door in one side ; therefore you can hear any noise from the room next door. We decided to extend our stay asking the concierge to please ensure that the room next door was empty( this was on Valentine’s weekend ).

One of my fave hotels in Tampa
Clean, spacious rooms. Polite front desk staff. A full sized Starbucks in the lobby. A mini “beach” out back where you can enjoy your coffee and watch the sunrise. Location is perfect. No complaints.

Great hotel, but issues with employees and masks
Property was nice, check in good. Desk clerk upgraded our room which was great. Had issues with employees not completely or not wearing masks in the hotel. One employee sneered at us when he was asked to put on his mask and then went into the elevator. Restaurant wasn't opened on time due to cook coming in late so we had to eat somewhere else. I contacted the manager who said this would be fixed and apologized for the inconvenience. I would stay at this hotel again if this is taken care of as everything else was great. Nice bartenders and front office staff.

Slacking during COVID-19
Was surprised of the lack of cleaning during these crazy times. Garbage was overflowing. Floors were filthy. Staff was great with the exception of one of the kitchen members smoking a blunt right in the rear parking lot. Starbucks closed at 2. Kitchen not open until 3. Oh and the pool was also closed. This used to be our favorite! Not anymore!
