Great place to stay. I’ll definitely come back

Room: bathroom floor was FILTHY, air vent was FILTHY, drapery pull was broken, door stop in bathroom was half off the wall, front desk personnel had to come figure out why the TV wasn't working. Not the usual standards I'm use to with Residence Inn. Breakfast: SAD, very SAD. No juice, milk, yogurt, etc. Limited to coffee, granola bars, apples and muffins. I know there's a pandemic going on, but on this trip of four days this was by far the worst offering for breakfast! Actually, I can't consider it breakfast. Front desk staff: the check in staff was very helpful and personable. Quickly came to the room and got the tv fixed! - THANKS! the check out staff/breakfast stocker seemed very indifferent.

First room had food left in fridge, dirty floor in bathroom and kitchen and then the sink had a noodle left in it. They switched rooms for us. Front desk was really good. Cleanliness of the first room was lacking. Second room the dishwasher was beeping and hadn’t finished its cycle. I got it to stop but then it started the whole wash again. I switched the breaker off and went to sleep. Probably won’t stay here again.

The hotel room was very spacious and nice. The carpet in the room had several stains. The bigger complaint is the shower. The faucet was almost falling off the wall and the drain was clogged. Our room was located on the 2nd floor. The carpet by the elevators and down the hallway looked like it had not been vacuumed in a week. Not sure I’ll stay at this hotel again with much better options available.

Really comfortable hotel, excellent location near many nice restaurants, bars and businesses. Huge room with high ceilings and new appliances make this a great choice for a long term stay in Lubbock (although we were here only one night).

This hotel was in a great location and staff was very kind. Pool was clean, room was very impressive. Even with this whole COVID. Breakfast is a brown bag which was very understandable due to COVID, but you can cook in the rooms and there are plenty of great restaurants under 5 min drive.

Room was spacious and beautiful. The room was unbelievably hot when we got there. They had to reset the breaker box to get the a/c going again, after a few hours it was comfortable. The showers were terrible. We were there 3 nights and the water was at most, lukewarm. For some reason we were put in a handicap accessible room, which was totally fine, but there was no edge or lip to the shower floor so water would be all over the floor in the bathroom after we showered. Went through a lot of towels to keep it cleaned up. Overall I think we would try it again simply because it was so clean and spacious. Maybe in a different room, things would’ve been better and we just happened to be unlucky in that particular room and time.

Staff was very nice and helped us with room details. Greatly appreciated all of them.

Everything was very neat and clean! The staff was amazing and very helpful when we needed towels. Next time I travel to Lubbock I will definitely choose this place again. If I could give 100 stars I would!
