Good stay. Could use a few upgrades. Wifi was great.

What a total DUMP! I grew up in Boise ID during the 70s and 80s and the Red Lion was always the classiest place in town. They forgot about this one, haven't lifted a finger to clean (trash everywhere in the parking lot and flower beds) decor was worn, tired and beat up and the staff reflected the very same attitude. Couldn't be bothered to do anything for the customer. 3 Star rating is NOT deserved. The only thing that kept me from giving the lowest rating was the bed was comfortable. Considering the lack of care for anything, I tried not to imagine any other things that could be lurking (bed bugs, unwashed sheets and comforter etc). Spend a couple of bucks more and go ANYWHERE ELSE!

We ended up with a room overlooking the pool area! It was beautiful made our stay feel a little exotic. The room was beauriful and clean! Will stay again!

I was staying at the hotel with my daughter as she was going through a miscarriage so that she could have peace and quiet as she dealt with the pain and anguish. Upon check in we were not informed that the hotel was having the carpets shampooed every day of our stay. When we asked them to not make so much noise so we could rest during our stay, we were told, sorry, we only have the machines 3 days and we work during the day. When asked for a room on a floor that was either not yet scheduled to be cleaned or was already cleaned, they refused to make a change. They would also not offer any discounts. The extremely noisy carpet cleaning happened from 10 in the morning through 4 in the afternoon each day while our daughter was trying to rest at the hotel. We even spoke with the facility owner and got no resolution. We make regular trips to Pocatello to visit and will never stay at this hotel again and do not recommend them to anyone. They have completely forgotten what customer service is, and the problem goes all the way to the top.

After driving all day, the room was comfortable enough.

My room window didn’t lock so I did not feel as safe alone in the room at night. There where doors that clearly had punch holes in them. My phone didn’t work so when I wanted to call the front with a question I had to instead walk pretty far to the front desk. The pool was cold and the hot tub was almost too hot. The place looked decent but I wouldn’t stay there again.

It was good but the hotel is very old. It looked like they got new floors witch were nice inside the rooms. But the bath tub was gross. The caulk was peeling and moldy. The carpet in the hallways was old. I was unhappy with hotels.com because I found out after I checked in that I was paying $25 more than everyone else I was with but I couldn’t get a price match because I already had checked in. The pool area was nice.

Or happy at all. Our room was feeezing cold when we checked in. The in room heater barley got the room warn. I was cold all night. Cakes the front desk to get an extra blanket but know one answered the phone. The rooms were not what I expected. Wallpaper was peeling off. Bathtub had a floor liner on it they was all stained and gross looking. I would not recommend this hotel.

Very convenient for dog owners as lots of grass all around. Front desk staff was great for check in. The only thing I didn't care for so much was the bed was very soft and not that comfortable. Also, the window didn't open or close very well.

Great service, clean rooms, fabulous bed and comfy pillows! The rims were super clean and even smelled clean. Made me feel safe during 2020 times!
