Check in was impersonal and the room we were given had not been cleaned at all.
I complained and we were given another room - 'sorry' - but the key thing here is that they weren't interested in even looking at the original room.
The outside light on the very small balcony (no furniture!) could not be switched off and the light polluted the room - we we told that it switched off automatically at midnight - 'sorry'.
The next day the hot water system leaked all over the bathroom. Again we complained and we were given another slightly better room - 'sorry' - this was three rooms in three days. As this time we had unpacked, moving rooms was time consuming and tedious. Again - 'sorry'.
At no time during our stay did the management attempt to make contact and apologise in person.
And breakfast - the staff had to be chased for absolutely everything each day for seven days - no glasses, cutlery - hot drinks had to be fetched individually from somewhere outside the breakfast space.
The selection of food was very poor and would frequently run out.
Staff at breakfast were very poorly trained - not even 'sorry' was offered.
I cannot recommend this hotel.
