All in all a good hotel, room was clean, service was good in general. But, what happened was, I had a corner suite reserved for two nights (Bay Bridge view). The first night, I kept hearing an alarm blaring from another building, didn’t get a good night sleep. So in the morning, I’ve let the concierge know of the issue, and they upgraded me to another corner suite (Golden Gate view), which faces another direction. So all that was handled professionally. What I was disappointed of, was I didn’t get compensated for a terrible night of sleep. I paid $1k for a night and I think it’s not too much to ask for an uninterrupted sleep. Maybe I was expecting too much from the name “Four Season”.
