      Terrible Stay

      Terrible stay 😧. The first night the couple next door screamed and fought all night. After contacting the front desk with my concerns, that couple started calling my room phone directly and repeatedly. I was terrified.

      Cheap stay

      My stay wasn't horrible, but this hotel has some issues. My room was mostly clean, but a dirty washcloth and hairs in the shower made me question if the bathroom got cleaned. I had a do not disturb sign out but housekeeping still knocked on the door and woke me up at 10:15 just to ask if I was checking out that morning. Check out isn't until 11, do they not understand what do not disturb means? The back door on the second level was being and didn't open from the outside with the key card. Lots of smell of pot in the hallways. Beds very very firm. I might stay again if it's super cheap (think under $50), but would go elsewhere if more than that

      Power was out three nights

      My power was off for three nights due to heavy snow and I was trapped there. They weren’t able to supply me with blankets or towels either. Highly disappointed.

      Check reviews by date before booking

      Booked this hotel based on high ratings, but they must have been from a while ago. Rooms have not been remodeled in a while, smelled musty, and there were multiple bugs, particularly in the bathrooms. Will not stay here again.

      Good service at counter. Awful rooms.

      We paid for the room. We got to the room (mind you it was late) there were people hanging out outside our window, smoking and playing music. We closed the blinds but then saw the room was very dirty (not stayed in dirty, just grungy and nasty). Shower was gross. Baseboards were gross. Floor had clearly not been mopped in a while. We went to get our money back and the gentleman up front said because we paid using an online service it would be difficult to get our money back but that he would “upgrade” us to a “superior” room for free. 3rd floor room, hallway smelled like smoke even though all the rooms around said non-smoking. We get into the room and it’s literally the exact same layout, nothing superior about it. This room had no towels in it and had pet hair and food on the floor. There were missing sections of baseboard and had a mess on the floor from painting and looked like a mess from grouting tile. It hadn’t been cleaned after the work was performed. We went to go back to the front desk and we waited for roughly 10 minutes with another guest in line and the gentleman was not around. We got sick of waiting and tossed our room key on their side of the counter and left.
