Our stay was great. The lication was right in the center of plenty of attractions and restraunts. The hotel rooms are a bit dated and small. It did say our room would have a fridge and microwave but did not. The bathrooms were so very tiny. But we spent most of our time in the pool or out at attractions. This was our second time there. Overall we will be back.

This is a beautiful hotel. I would love to give a higher rating, but there was one issue. There was a roach crawling up the wall of my room as I opened the door. I was immediately given another room. The staff was extremely friendly.

The Hotel is in a nice area but needs some updating. I have stayed in this property before. The price for the rooms is reasonable. I am aware that renovating or updating could cause an increase in pricing.

Pool was closed and my grand kids were upset. Elevators either not working or guest getting stuck in the elevator. One of the main lobby elavators never worked the entire weekend.

My recent stay at the Little Rock Crowne Plaza was disappointing. The room was in need of repair and housekeeping was not up to their usual standards. My room didn’t have a ‘Do Not Disturb’ sign to hang on my exterior door handle, resulting in housekeeping trying to enter my room at 8:30 A.M. while I was still sleeping! The whole trip made me sad that such a nice hotel with a great location has really slipped with regard to the quality of the rooms and housekeeping standards. I’ll try them again on my next trip, hoping this stay was a disappointing fluke.
