My siblings and I stayed here to complete our quarantine for 5 nights and 6 days. Our overall experience was terrible. Their processes and protocols lacked efficiency, staff had poor customer service and lacked attention to detail, rooms were not clean and were infested with ants and cockroaches, rooms were also small and did not look like the photos they have on their website; most importantly, the food they provided lacked variety, nutrition and flavour. I strongly DO NOT recommend staying at this hotel.
