We arrived at 10am as the email stated to check in and we were told check in is at 3pm since they didn't have any rooms ready due to a full house the night before. We came back at 330p and were told that there was no king beds. When we had the reservation For over a week prior. The man at the counter went and talked to housekeeping and then they had a room ready. Carpets are extremely dirty and smell badly, fridge wasn't cold, there were no curtains (just blinds) and the sun comes directly into the window when it rises. Not worth the $200 a night

Great
It was great. Everything was smooth during chek in and out. Close to downtown. Only thing that was inconvenient is the keys stop working due to magnets so you literally cant put your key anywhere because everything makes them demagnetize. Had to make a lot of trips to front desk. Pool was great. Breakfast was decent. Staff was good. Only had 1 towel in my room at check in and when I asked housekeeping for more she seemed confused as to why we wouldnt have towels? Overall great stay. Will stay again

Nice and decent.
It was clean, safe and definitely better than what we stayed in the first night we got to Denver. The parking lot is well lit, the breakfast could be better but it is free. The air conditioner works. Loved the big windows. The room did have a sour smell to it, especially in the restroom. I’m thinking it came from the restroom because it had hold on the ceiling so be careful.

For a Radisson I expected better.
Property is needing a lot of repairs. In dinner areas you can tell they have made some, like the lobby area. Staff was very friendly and accommodating. The breakfast was good and check-in and check-out was easy. I have submitted pictures of the broken things we saw in our room and the walk from our car to our room. This doesn't include pictures of how dirty, stained, or cluttered there hallways were on the main level. As my heading states, for a Radisson with its known reputation we expected to have a nice place to stay.

Good enough
Hotel was nice enough, but my room needs some serious love, there was only half a curtain so people could from the pool could see into our room and the lights outside were bright all night long, also the toilet was not set correctly and wiggled...

Do NOT recommend.
The room looked nice in the photos. In person the room was very run down. the bathroom did not look like the photos at all, very small, toilet was running. The area the hotel was located did not seem like it was very safe. Hotel doors were propped open to the outside. Did not feel especially secure.
