The room price was reasonable, and the location was right for my visit. The hotel had no internet, the room had no coffee for the coffee pot, only de-caf. The floor was dirty, the commode seat was loose, and there was no chair for the desk.

The room was nice. There were cracks in the ceiling and the floors were not clean. But other than these 2 issues the stay was nice, the service was good.

It waa just for over night but room was clean and bed was awesome! Despite all the construction.

I enjoyed the room itself. The bathroom could have been cleaned a little better and I understand they are remodeling but the property was in disarray. I was a little questionable about the other people staying there but thankfully everything went smoothly.

The pool was green with trash floating in it. The first room we were assigned, the curtains were laying in the floor. We were moved to another room that had no hot water. The fridge had the previous guest's food still in it. The breakfast was a bag with orange juice, peaches and a granola bar. Very disappointed with my stay for the price I paid

We flied from Portland OR, we booked 3 nights. 1st day checked in around 5PM, no hot water. Water was running for 45 min still did not have hot water in the bathtub. bring up the complain and I left the room. we did not touch the bed. We wanted to cancel and return the room but the front desk people gave us key for the other room instead. My husband died at 0150PM in the same day at Mobile SAAD HOSPICE so I need to go to the Mobile Hospice and the Funeral Home at Flomaton AL that night so I was unable to stay at the Hotel room either. We did buy Protection Plan from Travel Guard Group ,INC Expedia's insurance partner Itinerary # 7543871561008 before we came also. I tried to explain and see if I can have some refund but they ignored me. I never want to come back this hotel

It was ok

After being in the car with 2 small children for 12hrs I expected to have a decent place to stay for the night. The refrigerator didn’t work, the shower didn’t drain, the door closure was busted and the smell was terrible. I would never stay here again.

The pictures are not entirely accurate. We ended up at this place because we were trying to find a halfway point in our trip. We just needed some place to rest so we chose a more economic but still “nice” place. We got here at around 10:30/11pm it looked scary. The check in was okay but you have to go around behind the building to get to the room and a lot of it looked worn out and like people had vandalized the building. It seemed clean otherwise. Either way we just felt that it was late and who knows if we’d get refunded so we stayed. The room itself didn’t look too bad. But we could hear our neighbors tv and coughs. There was no trash bin so I had to leave my baby’s diapers on top of the toilet seat and even though they specifically told us at check in the room was no smocking, the room smelled like cigarettes. I would never stay here again and even though super 8s aren’t top of the line this made it to where we won’t ever stay in a super 8 again. Not even for a quick sleep.
