紐波特海灘萬豪酒店及 SPA

This is my second time staying here. It's as smooth and good as last year. The location is especially amazing (next to the beach).

We hard an awesome view of the water, golf course and beautiful pool patio. We are also 5 min walk to Fashion Island, restaurants, Whole Food. It’s a perfect location to stay !

Awful experience.. beautiful hotel .. I booked Valentine’s Day for a romantic getaway that I had all planned out an upon checking in they couldn’t check me in till 3 hours past check in an they had to down grade my room manager tried to make up with a bottle of wine got to the room an it was nothing like what I booked so it was not a great start. After settling in the location is amazing on its own but it was too late to enjoy it. Next day they gave me a later check out to try an accommodate for the missing time. A week has gone by an I noticed I have multiple charges from them so I keep trying to reach a manager but it’s extremely hard to get they to anyone so I’m afraid I have to drive all the way back just to talk to someone. I book all the time thru hotels app but this was definitely my worst experience. A lot more went sour but it’s a lot to list.

Not your standard Marriott. The check-in line took over an hour. Service was oddly rude. Then the added fees stacked up to over a 100$ a night. They absolutely gut you for parking. Not worth the mediocre and dated room. If you are considering staying here, instead you should add another 100$ a night to your budget and stay at a better hotel. Don’t be fooled by the convenient Starbucks and nice pool, you’re getting taken advantage at this property.

View and stay was good. Excellent location to stay. Fashion island is across the street, which my family and I loved. The only bad think about our stay was the water pressure in the shower was terrible.

I really enjoyed our stay. It was walking distance to fashion island mall. Many different beaches, restaurants and more to explore. Parking onsite for 35/night was ok. Clean rooms. Due to COVID, the gym and spa was closed. But pool was open and water was warm. Will definitely come back!

it was a nice room with a great view but i was NEVER told that i had to pay $70 for parking for 2 nights until my bill was mailed to me. that is an insane price. your better off parking on the street or something. that brings my opinion about this place down a ton.
