Old fashionned hotel with few amenities. We got a room at the complete opposite of the elevator, meaning you hav to go around and around, no hallway crossing to get to your room. Fridge so small you can barely but anything in it. Beds were adequate but not much more than that. Desk lamp was flickering so much one could have had seizures from it and the standing floor lamp was conveniently unplugged and not near any plugs. Then we had a horrible experience with the valet parking. We called for our car about 20 minutes in advance as we had been told to do. We go down a half hour later, no car. We asked the valet what was going on and lo and behold, the only other attendant that day said the other guy had disappeared and he didn't know where he was. An hour later we still had not received our car. Enters the manager, livid and all apologetic - unlike the front desk staff that didn't know where to hide - and making us all kind of promises to make it up to us. 3 weeks later, still waiting. No comp, no email of apology, nothing. Words are cheap. But when it comes to take your money and mess up your trip, the Omni is there.
