Old Town Alexandria Townhome - 2 Blocks to King St

Such a cute property in a great location! Short walk to waterfront and king street. Comfortably held 6 of us. Exceptionally clean and bathrooms are awesome

This is a lovely property -- warm and welcoming. The multiple levels can be a challenge, especially if visiting with grandparents and small children.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this lovely restored home! The location was perfect, close to shops and with the King Street Trolley, a very easy access to the wharf and the Metro for sight seeing in DC. Michelle was very gracious and responsive. We enjoyed the lovely courtyard and the home’s amenities. The restored master bedroom and bath was very comfortable. Please note that parking is not provided but there are lots close by for rental spaces. The steps could be a challenge for elderly or very young children who are sleeping on the fourth floor.

Charming row house in old town Alexandria- we visited on an unseasonably warm week-end (90s with 60%humidity) Older home had a trouble keeping up with the heat- but concierge and owner were very helpful in rectifying the situation. Alexandria old town had tons to do and we enjoyed visiting this wonderful historic town. Location was amazing!

This home and its location were perfect for our month long stay in the Washington DC and Virginia. It’s proximity to restaurants, shops, King Street Trollery and the Metro station enabled us to enjoy each day of our sightseeing.

This property was well worth the money. It had plenty of sleeping space for all five of us. The location is incredible. It is right in the heart of historic Old Town Alexandria. We could ride bikes into Washington, DC and also take really nice walks along the Alexandria waterfront. The house was very quiet. The property manger was very responsive to our questions and was very clear about how to get into the house when we arrived. I highly recommend this house!

We were in Old Town to take care of some personal errands, we were not there for site seeing. That said, the location is perfect for visitors who want to explore the area. The property was very clean upon arrival and check-in was smooth. We are very familiar with the area and had to need to engage with the property manager. Would stay here again if the need arose.

Three well educated, well traveled adults independently looked at the website and found, upon arrival, that the photos did not accurately depict the property. There was parking space behind the property which was not mentioned. We were instructed, instead, to use a parking lot. Our rental ran from 4:00 pm on Sunday to 11:00 am on Friday. As we were sitting in the living room, consulting about our route home, your cleaner knocked on the door and told us she had to come in and start cleaning, that there was a “turn-around.” We’ve rented from owners successfully in the past, with communication directly with the owners. This was not a pleasant experience. We will not refer friends to Vrbo.

My family and I stayed here for three weeks and absolutely LOVED the townhome. It is stunningly beautiful; the perfect blend of historical ambiance with all the modern conveniences. Bedrooms, bathrooms, and living spaces were luxurious and tasteful. The private outdoor garden patio was fabulous--quite spacious for the area and beautiful cultivated with blooming plants and flowers. Location itself is hard to beat; on a quiet street just two blocks from bustling King Street. 5 stars!
