We were very pleased with our stay at this hotel. The service from check in to check out was great and we felt very welcomed there. The room was clean and comfortable with AC, fans, small fridge, and wifi. You can enjoy the beautiful view of the lagoon from your balcony or on a hammock under the shaded palapas. Walking distance to many restaurants in the area. We would definitely stay here again and recommend it to all our friends and family.

Very basic hotel and accommodations. Highly overpriced. Staff was friendly and helpful though I don’t imagine they’re seeing much of the profit.

We tried to find the hotel despertly but after an hour and a half. The address did non exsist. We asked people for instructions but no one knew about its exsistance. We called the hotel but there was no answer. Unfortunetaly, we had to find another hotel in the city. After prepaying 250$, I must say that it has been a very annoying experience. I can attach the receipt of the hotel we had found in the city. I would like a refund for that night. Thank you, Hagit

Pure paradise, the view of the lake and colors are spectacular. If searching for peace and tranquility this is your place. Lola the owner is so very kind, a beautiful person that truly wants you to relax and enjoy this magical spot. Our room was spotless, thoughtfully and artistically designed with the most stunning view and the quietest AC. Very comfortable bed and loved the shower. We’re glad we paid for Breakfast, it was simple, but absolutely delicious. Highly recommend staying here. We didn’t want to leave and I left a piece of my heart behind.

Lola, the hotel manager made our stay wonderful. The hotel is on a quiet part of Bacalar, you can bike or drive to where other restaurants are but walking could take 15 to 20 minutes, which is fine for us as we prefer tranquility especially in a place like Bacalar. The hotel has only 4 rooms, all of them attached to each other and just in front of the water with beautiful lust vegetation. There is no bar or restaurant at the hotel, only breakfast is available and included in the room rate. The room is pleasant, simple but tastefully decorated and very clean. We live in Tulum and visit Bacalar once or twice a year and for now this hotel is one of the best places to stay in Bacalar, however, the price is too high for such a simple hotel with limited services. Lola and her kindness makes staying there a pleasant one.

La ubicación y el lugar son perfectos! Nos encantó el servicio, el ambiente del hotel que es solo adultos lo hace perfecto para una buena escapada romántica, las habitaciones son lindas, todo muy limpio y bien cuidado.

Es una gran experiencia la estancia, es un excelente lugar para descansar y olvidarte de todo. La Laguna es espectacular y te permite nadar. El trato de la gente del hotel es muy amable y te hacen sentir muy bien.
