The property is beautiful although, I was charged twice for incidental upon checkin. Also the pool schedule is not clearly and accurately posted, each posted sign has a different closing time, and the property needs to hire an exterminator as one the sun goes down the infestation of roaches becomes apparent to the extent that you cannot take even two steps without having to step around them. Other than that the property itself is beautiful it just requires a few tweaks to make it exceptional

I had a pretty decent stay at the Sheraton Imperial Hotel in Raleigh-Durham with the exception of seeing a roach in my Hotel room behind one of the computer desk. The front desk staff was very friendly and professional, but the rooms need better cleaning especially now during Covid-19 the rooms should be spotless!

True definition of 5 star lodging. Stay was amazing!

Convenient and walking distance to my office. Shuttle service is available to airport. I didn’t know until my departure but will arrange for my next trip

Up graded to perfected room. Although an older building had been updated a clearly well maintained! Highly recommend

I was attending the National Federation for the Blind NC Convention and witnessed the entire staff go above and beyond assisting the participants. The entire hotel staff were graciously providing sighted guidance to help the participants get wherever they needed to go. The restaurant staff made trips up and back filling each individual’s plate from the buffet with items they wanted. A true blessing to have hotel staff treat each person with such respect and dignity. The hotel truly exemplified Sheraton’s motto “Where the World Comes Together.”

You could tell that the part of the hotel we were in was older. Lots of areas in our room need to be painted or replaced (closet doors, furnishings, etc...)
