Don’t plan to use Hotels.com again
Hotel itself was nice. However, Hotels.com made a HUGE mistake by telling the Sheraton we had 4 people when we registered online for 5 people. The room was not really big enough for 5 people. I do not plan to use your organization again.

No sleep
They rooms walls are paper thin. All night you can hear everything. The toilet flushing, tv, conversations. The doors slam shut. Not a peaceful or private experience

Beach volleyball get away
My son played in a volleyball tournament at the hotel. The resort was fantastic! The food was great and customer service was top notch. I would recommend to anyone and will stay there again.

Absolutely loved the view and proximity to private beach. Only drawback was the pool was out of service all but one evening of our stay. Kids were disappointed. That being said we would definitely stay again!

Great Deal offseason
I've stayed here twice. Very convenient with free parking and a large lot. Cleanliness and service are average. Drinks and food are on site.. But expensive. Great deal off-season..pricey around holidays.

No Two Part Booking System in Place But Goood
DON'T do two part booking with this hotel through hotels.com for one stay as it took them 20 minutes at check in to figure it all out and even then they locked us out during the second part of the booking. So we had to go back down and register the second part of our booking. Also they clean the room only the 3rd day after you check in. So the second part of our booking meant that the days reset so we didn't get our room serviced until the 4th day. With kids that is not ok because they make all kinds of messes on bed sheets, etc. Even then they only cleaned our room on the 4th day because we've been down at the front desk for the second day in the row explaining to them that it's actually our 4th day there due to the two part booking. Guest services made it a stressful stay because they couldn't figure out how to make a two part booking seemless. Other than that everyone was nice, food was nice, hotel room got a little loud with upstairs sliding door, beach is nice but a walk, pool is nice, hot tub was broken, conceirge didn't offer to bring our bags up, restuarant staff is excellent. Good location and close to a small shopping mall with restuarants.
