Hotel was under my expectation,I am disappointed because what they described in the website doesn’t match at all the reality of the Hotel , front desk provide rough conversations not enjoyable and smiling faces as professional front desk, I asked for twins bed for my reservation and they give me a queen bed , I had to go to the front disk and ask for it, location is a lot of car noise 24/7, cleaning service Is another issue need to be consider, room windows full of dust ,they give me one tower for two people and the linen beds never be replaced for all my trip 9 days , no ice machine, no water,each room has mini fridge and first time I opened it I thought it was microwave haha , it was damage , I had to ask twice for some one come and replaced it and the mini fridge size is roughly four small water bottles, I had to leave as emergency check out but no refundable my two days early check out , I give the hotel one star . It was a bad experience with Sandy Palace Hotel , it did not deserve this name either, And the question is how Hotels.com provide this kind of hotel for tourist people.
