This hotel is extremely rundown which is not where is shown in the pictures on hotels.com. Absolutely nothing works in the room. It’s also located beneath a construction zone for a Transit rail in a completely industrial area without a single walkable store or coffee shop

First of all due to covid we decided to spend most of our visit in the room. Tv wasn't working. Fan wasn't working and lamp wasn't working. Toiletries in bathroom wasn't filled up.

Stay away till construction is done.
There is 24/7 non stop road construction going on. Didn’t sleep mere than an hour due to back up beepers, jackhammers, and horn blowing. Nothing was said at either booking or check in.

The manager Tati was kind, courteous, and gracious, and upgraded our room at no additional cost. Her commitment to safety and cleanliness and making it a priority for all guests was very reassuring.

Quiet, peaceful stay
Rooms are not big but comfortable enough. Price was cheap, no frills expected. Housekeeping and front desk staff were very friendly. I would definitely choose this hotel again should I be in this part of town.
