Strange stay
The staff was lovely first of all. It is not their fault however the stay was a bit odd.
The elevator wasn’t working for the first day of our stay. At least not properly. At one point on our first night everyone was evacuated from their rooms.
They don’t allow food deliveries to go up to your room as you need your key to operate the elevator. But because of this, the system that they have for us picking up food caused an order mix up- by the way the event of me going down to get the food costed about 20 minutes due to the elevator failures. I was also told by security that taking the stairs was not an option unless it was an emergency.
There was no service at the lounge. BUT It IS a very nice lounge. Very nice. Cozy couches. Open space. They’ve even got an area for kids. But again. No service there.
On another note, Once you are in the garage you need a key to get by out by foot but not in by vehicle.
HAZARD. HAZARD. HAZARD.
We didn’t know this as when we pulled in the gate swung open for us no problem.
