The location and hotel services are good.

Apart from the fact that flushing system is not working, everything else is good- good breakfast, execellet location, friendly staff.

已經是第三次入住 但是大堂接待員給我黑臉，很不開心，少了以往親切友善的態度，幸好得front of house manager Mr Erdak Nebiogku 的幫助恊調，希望本月十六號再回去住宿可以尋回往昔良好的感覺！

Amba Hotel marble Arch is a nice place to stay . Before my stay , Mr Vincent Horovitz from the reservation depatment of hotel, keep contact with me until the end of my trip.Vincent is a nice and helpful staff. Not only answered all the enquiry in details , but also fulfilled client's needs whenever he can help. What he did really makes clients have a good stay in Amba. When I was checking-in, a senior staff was offering training to a new staff for the check in process. A longer time is needed and it is reasonable for client to wait. Wheras the attitude of the senior lady was so rude with no smile. Another incident is that the room number was marked wrongly on the card cover by the senior lady. I have to carry all the heavy luggagges back to the reception to ask. What the lady did is to correct the room number without saying sorry. Equipments in room are new and clean. Hotel is right next to underground Marble Arch station.Great location! Vincent prepared some cakes and fruit as he knew the date I checked in was my son’s birthday. He prepared well with a baby cod built in the room without requesting. These are all unexpected and made us so surprised.

I booked an executive room and was upgraded to a suite. The room is huge, newly renovated and clean. good location and close to metro, 1 minute to Oxford Street with plenty of shoppings. The breakfast is at a special price of £12 each. The only drawback is the street at the entrance of the hotel is a bit dirty. 45 Mins Uber to the airport at €35. each way which is quite reasonable in London. 16 Mins Walk to Marylebone train station. Overall experience is good, this was the 2nd time I stayed at this hotel. It is a good pick if you want to have a short stay in London with very Central location.
